Plane Landings

Watching planes land at Charlotte airport. As the planes land with noses tilted up coming to rest on hind wheels as nose gradually lowers puts me in mind of a lioness hunting her prey and following her leap, hind haunches landing on plane or to rest on her prey’s body as her jaw gracefully, yet forcefully, lowers into a death grip.
