you win. U.S. Airways, you win.

I’ve becomes so jaded by your service that I didn’t blink upon arrival at Pittsburgh airport and seeing the belt thin. I correctly assumed you did not put my bag on the plane. After seeking help at the baggage office and being informed my baggage never made it onto the second plane, the second leg of my trip, I took it as par for the course. It’s actually the least of my grievances.

that said, service on and surrounding a recent AA flight from LAX to JFK was phenomenal and certainly not my typical experience.
