Pedalling Uphill

You murder me over and over
I crouch my hips to hoist this boulder
Pushing upwards against this mountainous incline
To begin the same battle every morning again
My heart hardens cause your soul is in mourning
For me you don’t open your eyes
This mountain the amount of times
I knocked on the door to your world
You murdered me
Did I say that before
Redundant patterns
Repeating answers
You murder me
